Hamid has a comprehensive educational foundation, including a BSc. in Psychology and Biochemistry from Trent University and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville. He brings a wealth of knowledge and real-life experiences to the therapeutic journey. His specializations are in couples therapy, individual counselling, relationships, family dynamics, and addressing interpersonal conflicts. Hamid is pleased to share with you that, for 10 years prior to becoming an RP he has honed his skills through a strategic intervention certificate program focusing on couples counselling and their range of issues. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed approaches, Hamid tailors his techniques to suit your unique needs. At the core of his therapeutic philosophy is a commitment to a client-centric and holistic approach, grounded in evidence and a Biopsychosocial framework. Cassidy is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology candidate at Yorkville University and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Drawing on over a decade of experience in human resources, employee relations, and non-profit youth programs, Cassidy brings strong skills in active listening, conflict resolution, and navigating sensitive conversations with care. Cindy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), as well as a student member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She is currently completing a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. With over seven years of experience as a Social Service Worker with a specialization in mental health and addiction, Cindy has supported a many people from various life circumstances and life stages with a focus on grief, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship concerns as well as communication and addictions/substance use. She strives to create a safe, collaborative and accepting space and to uncover and nurture natural strengths of each person, focusing deeply on understanding through presence, attention and positive regard. Connor is completing her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University, holding a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Guelph with minors in Biology and Psychology. Connor is also a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She works with individuals aged 16 and older, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, relationships, self-care, and hormonal mental health challenges. She brings a genuine passion for mental health and well-being, along with a thoughtful, integrative approach to her work. Connor works from a biopsychosocial perspective, recognizing the complex ways that biological, psychological, and social factors shape each person’s experience. She tailors her therapeutic approach to meet clients where they are, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to best support their needs in a way that feels supportive and collaborative. She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard.
