Hamid has a comprehensive educational foundation, including a BSc. in Psychology and Biochemistry from Trent University and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville. He brings a wealth of knowledge and real-life experiences to the therapeutic journey. His specializations are in couples therapy, individual counselling, relationships, family dynamics, and addressing interpersonal conflicts. She is currently completing a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. With over seven years of experience as a Social Service Worker with a specialization in mental health and addiction, Cindy has supported a many people from various life circumstances and life stages with a focus on grief, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship concerns as well as communication and addictions/substance use. She works with individuals aged 16 and older, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, relationships, self-care, and hormonal mental health challenges.
