Connor is completing her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University, holding a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Guelph with minors in Biology and Psychology. Connor is also a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She works with individuals aged 16 and older, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, relationships, self-care, and hormonal mental health challenges. She brings a genuine passion for mental health and well-being, along with a thoughtful, integrative approach to her work. Connor works from a biopsychosocial perspective, recognizing the complex ways that biological, psychological, and social factors shape each person’s experience. She tailors her therapeutic approach to meet clients where they are, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to best support their needs in a way that feels supportive and collaborative. She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. Connor supports individuals in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, identifying patterns that may no longer serve them. Together, this work promotes knowledge and creates space for meaningful, lasting change. She places a strong emphasis on autonomy, helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves and develop a deeper sense of self-compassion. She believes that no one should have to navigate their struggles alone and feels honoured to walk alongside clients as they move toward their healing and wellness.
